Luckily, the narrative of Mortal Kombat X is quite amazing, in a foolish, sci fi kungfu film manner. The roll that is playable boasts about two dozen combatants, including veterans Scorpion, Sub-Zero Kitana, Mileena, and Sonya Blade. MKX also investigates the next generation of combatants in a way that is literal; sons and the daughters of Johnny Cage.
